Our newly adapted gym is focused towards strength and fitness, all our sessions our ran by qualified personal trainers with specialist skills to focus on specific areas of improving your strength, fitness and nutrition advice.
Well established junior members programs, giving juniors the chance to train in multiple disciplines while working through our personalised graded system to promote achievement and self confidence.
James has a wealth of experience from training and competing in combat sports for 12+ years. He has held 4 amateur Kickboxing titles at different weight classes and now competes as a professional in MMA under the highly regarded Cage Warriors promotion. With all of his wins coming by KO/TKO you start to get a picture of his credentials as a competitor, a fighting style he now instills in our students here at Power House Fight Club.
Adam has trained and competed in combat sports for over 20 years. Specialising in Brazilian Jiujitsu having competed & capturing many local & British titles along the way, his long-time coach is UFC Veteran & 3rd Degree Black Belt Danny Mitchell.
Adam is a Combat Base BJJ Black Belt & aside from taking an active role in coaching Powerhouse students at competitions he also still likes to compete at National level.
I am a level 2&3 qualified fitness instructor & personal trainer and level 4 qualified strength & conditioning coach. I am a former rugby league player and have played at pro, semi pro and amateur levels.
I have been involved in training and fitness from a very young age and have gained plenty of knowledge over the years, I want to help as many people as I can in reaching and achieving their fitness goals wether that be personal or sports specific.
Power House has two floors 1 for Strength & Fitness focused gym space and 1 Martial arts space with padded mats.
Always have direct access to a dedicated trainer to help you be more focused, with limited numbers in each class so we can give you a more bespoke training experience.
We have designed our gym to be tailored towards Strength & Fitness training and always having access to a trainer means your progression is much faster with us.
Our maximum class size is 15 people and we have created a flexible schedule so you will always get access to the classes you want to be a part of.
